Direct Counseling Session
A one-on-one counseling session is a private interaction for personalized guidance and support.
Instructions to Follow for Your Counseling Session
1. Wear a T-shirt, shirt, or saree (avoid nursing tops or gowns).
2. Attend the session with your baby and spouse. If you have twins or triplets, bring all the babies with you.
3. Bring the following items:
- A spoon (tablespoon size)
- A small bowl
- A paladai
- A 2.5ml disposable syringe (if the baby is bottle-fed)
4. Prepare a list of all your questions in advance to ensure none go unanswered.
5. Bring a small, clean, and dry cloth.
6. Carry a disposable bag to store soiled diapers.
7. Time your baby’s feeding schedule to align with the counseling session.
8. Give your baby a sponge bath before the session. Avoid long baths.
Online Lactation Support
An online counseling session offers virtual one-on-one support and guidance.

Appointment is provided based on the availablity.
